How to use POA POA receiver needs to carry the original POA, one POA copy, his original ID which is mentioned on the POA and one ID copy. The original POA and ID need to be shown to the government officer / authority. By law, the original POA and ID need to be shown but NO need to be deposited. A copy of the same can be given and is sufficient. Ensure that you collect you original ID and POA back from the officer before leaving the premises |
