What to do when growth rate has fallen or is negative?

• What happens when the real estate market slows down, do you sell your properties? When gold is falling, do you sell or buy more gold? Funds / stocks are the same, the market moves all the time but in the Long Term (see above) it beat Gold, Fixed deposits even Real Estate hands down. 
• Negative growth rates are absolutely normal within the first 3-5 years. With more than 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 SIP accounts we can assure you that this is not a worry but an opportunity!
