Preparation after confirmation

  1. Update group name on Welcome black board outside tappers room
  2. Send WhatsApp to the main person to fwd to group asking them to check-in before entry
  3. WhatsApp to the driver (if they visit with bus only)
  4. Write grp name on blackboard, send pic by WA to Basecamp grp and to Visitor main person
  5. At gate verify check-in & then allow to entry
  6. Help visitors with bus /car parking. Ensure no obstruction to other road users
  7. Show the visitors the dorm where to keep the bags, toilets, star gazing deck, not to leave on railings, to assemble at Canteen
  8. Offer flowers to the ladies for hair
  9. Get references on reference form and also fill in email, update details by click here
  10. By 3pm distribute FREE gift for Google reviews / Insta Follow & Tags
  11. Update Visitor/Review numbers, SWR, Review Register, Certificate request. Send snapshots on Basecamp Coord grp

Those who have undertaken the Broken Forest Tour for the second time are entitled to a Certificate, please leave your name with Suresh. On our Instagram there is a hit video of a group coming out of a Bamboo. If you wish to make a similar video bamboo is already kept in position.

    3. Poles can be harvested 5-6 years after planting
    4. The amount of biomass that a teak tree produces in 40 years, bamboo produces in 5 years
